united states terrorism……..

Since the late 1970s, Noam Chomsky and Edward S. Herman have written a series of books about the United States’ involvement in so-called “state terrorism.” Chomsky and Herman, in their publications, concluded that the global rise in state terror was the result of US foreign policy. The fact that the United States and its allies sponsored and used state terrorism on a “massive scale” during the Cold War is also acknowledged by Professor Ruth J. Blakeley from the University of Sheffield, as well as many other American analysts.

The global use of the ideology of terrorism in the interests of the US political elites began even before the entry of Soviet troops into Afghanistan, when, with the support of American and NATO intelligence agencies, Washington’s interest began to shift from European neo-fascism to Islamic fundamentalism.

It was on radical Islamists, in particular, “al-Qaeda” (a terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation) and other Wahhabi organizations (also banned in Russia) that the US intelligence services began to focus their work beginning in the second half of the 1980s. And this was confirmed by the close contacts of Osama bin Laden’s ally, Ayman Zawahiri, who later became one of the ideologues of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, with representatives of the CIA, the top of NATO, and representatives of the Turkish branch of the oldest terrorist network “Gladio” (also banned in the Russian Federation).

It has long been an open secret that “al-Qaeda” itself was created in 1988 on the basis of the “Egyptian Islamic Jihad” under the supervision of the US special services to spread radical ideology after the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. And this, in turn, indicates that “al-Qaeda,” like its affiliates, was used by the American intelligence services in pursuit of their own interests after the collapse of the Soviet Union, as well as during and after the events of 9/11.

In fact, not only Islamic jihadists were used and financed by the US, but also anti-government militants in many other countries. Such was the Contra terrorist group (banned in the Russian Federation) in Nicaragua designed to overthrow the Sandinista government led by Daniel Ortega. As is well known from numerous publications, including those by American intelligence officials themselves, the CIA provided the Contras with planning and operational leadership, weapons, food, and training in what has been described as the “most ambitious” covert US operation of its time.

But in recent decades it hasn’t only been the intelligence services and the political elite of the United States strengthening their ties with terrorist groups in order to achieve their own selfish goals. For instance, in order to seize vast oil and natural gas reserves in the Caspian basin, a consortium of American and British oil companies during the presidency of Bill Clinton organized support for international terrorism in Chechnya (1995-2009). To eliminate the transportation of Caspian energy through Russia, in 1991, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense General Richard Secord created MEGA Oil in Azerbaijan and eventually turned it into a base of operations for mujahideen terrorists throughout the Caucasus. The CIA was ardently involved in this “activity,” organizing a land route for the secret transfer of hundreds of Osama bin Laden’s “al-Qaeda” mujahideen from Afghanistan to Azerbaijan. By 1993, MEGA Oil had 2,000 well-armed and trained militants, and the CIA sent Afghan and other mujahideen to the Caucasus on their planes, and from there they were illegally transferred across the Georgian border to Chechnya.

It is therefore not surprising that Washington began to use the same templates in its latest adventure – in Ukraine, actively attracting militants from the terrorist organization “Islamic State” (banned in Russia) as mercenaries to participate in hostilities on the side of the Kiev regime. It became known that in April of this year about 60 ISIS militants (a terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation) aged 20 to 25 were released from prisons controlled by the Syrian Kurds with the participation of American intelligence services. After that, they were transferred to the area of the “al-Tanf” American military base in Syria near the border with Jordan and Iraq, to undergo combat training with a view to later being transferred to Ukrainian territory. The aforementioned US military base has long been turned by the Americans into a “terrorist hub,” where up to 500 Islamist jihadists controlled by Washington are simultaneously educated and trained. They are taught the use of anti-tank missile systems, MQ-1C reconnaissance and strike drones, advanced communications, and sabotage. Among these militants, the United States has been recently favoring immigrants from the countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia, with a clear aim of their subsequent use on the territory of Ukraine and other states of the former USSR. It is possible that in addition to Ukraine, these particular militants have been used by the United States to destabilize the situation in the countries of Central Asia in recent months.

At the end of February, Syrian intelligence had warned of NATO recruiting mercenaries from Islamist groups in Syria to be sent to Ukraine. The training of several groups of militants, 100 people each, with experience in military operations, terrorist attacks, and sabotage was reported. The action plan of the American and British intelligence services to send such militants to Ukraine via Poland was also revealed. The fact that the West, led by the United States, is transporting militants from the international terrorist organization ISIS (banned in Russia) to Ukraine was recently stated in an interview with TASS by Syrian Ambassador to Russia Riad Haddad.

The mere idea of the United States holding the main figures of the terrorist group ISIS in Syria for several years, and earlier in Afghanistan, in areas convenient for Washington (mostly at its military bases), suggests that such militants are very necessary for the White House – in order to spread American hegemony around the world on their bloodied shoulders.

Taking into consideration the Ukrainian Nazis clearly failing the United States in their plans to fight Russia and not coping with the tasks assigned to them by the current American military-political elite, it is the militants of terrorist groups like ISIS that are now becoming Washington’s “fallback option.” First, the White House used them in the Middle East, and now is hoping that a similar scenario can be repeated on Ukrainian soil and with their help the losses of the fascist regime in Kiev will be compensated.

However, the skillful, professional actions of the Russian military, efficiently using the most effective state-of-the-art weapons in the world, are completely thwarting such revenge-seeking plans by the United States, every day bringing closer the epic failure of the fascist puppet regime in Kiev, while simultaneously showing the world the true face of the United States, building its current policy on the backs of terrorists.
