CNN’s Chris Wallace on Tuesday touted former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony before the House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Hutchinson testified that she was told former President Donald Trump tried to commandeer the presidential suburban during the riot and became borderline violent with the Secret Service. NBC News later reported that agent Bobby Engel was willing to refute that testimony under oath.

According to Mark Meadows’ aide, Donald Trump demanded that the Secret Service take him to the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Testifying before the Liz Cheney committee, Cassidy Hutchinson said Trump was in the truck and told the SS: “I’m the fucking President! Take me up to the Capitol, now!”

The SS told him that he couldn’t go to the Capitol, and he tried to grab the steering wheel. When they held him back, he tried to choke out the driver.

This is awesome. Sure, she could be lying – but why would she lie to make him seem like everything his followers want to believe he is?

Donald Trump said he was going to meet the people at the Capitol. He said that, and then he wasn’t there. Everyone thought he abandoned us, but it turns out he was kidnapped by the Secret Service. On whose authority? Liz Cheney? Who has the right to tell the President he can’t attend his own riot?

Imagine if he’d been there directing the people?

Hutchinson also claimed that Trump said that Mike Pence deserved to be hanged and that the patriots at the Capitol weren’t doing anything wrong.

Further, she said that Trump said of the protesters: “I don’t fucking care they have weapons, they’re not here to hurt me!”

You can read that as “I’m not worried about it” or as “I’m not the one they want to hurt.”

Either way. Based.

Trump issued a statement saying that this is all untrue, but he would need to say that. The whole purpose of this Liz Cheney hoax fake court is to try and make it so Trump can’t run again in 2024.

I don’t care what anyone says.

I want to believe this is what happened and I will believe this is what happened.

It’s not at all hard to believe that the Secret Service refused to obey Trump’s orders. The whole government was constantly refusing to obey his orders. Everything on 1/6 could have happened differently if Trump had been there, and that’s why they would have stopped him.

Remember: there is a chance that by 2024, the government will be in such total disarray after having lost a war with Russia and collapsed the US economy that it will be possible for Trump to win.

I’m not saying that is likely. But it is possible.

More than six in ten Americans believe it’s at least “somewhat likely”that federal government agents helped provoke the January 2021 Capitol riot, a new poll has revealed, suggesting that media outlets have largely failed to brand the incident as an insurrection incited by then-President Donald Trump.

The poll, released this week by Rasmussen Reports, shows that among the 61% of US voters who think the feds probably helped spur Trump supporters to breach the Capitol, most see that scenario as “very likely.” Just 30% of Americans believe it’s unlikely that undercover agents were involved in the riot, including 18% who say it’s “not at all likely.”

Rasmussen said its findings reflect a dramatic shift in public opinion in the two-plus years that have passed since the riot. For instance, a survey done during the week immediately after the incident found that half of Americans believed Trump should be removed from office and jailed for causing his supporters to storm Congress and disrupt certification of President Joe Biden’s election victory. By the end of 2021, 58% of voters believed the congressional panel appointed to investigate the riot had become a “partisan committee weaponized against innocent Americans.”

More than 1,000 people have been charged with federal crimes for their alleged involvement in the riot. Many of the defendants have been held in jail, reportedly under harsh conditions, without being given the option of posting bail. Republican lawmakers have suggested that undercover government agents were involved in the riot and have questioned why an Arizona man named Ray Epps, who was seen on video urging Trump supporters to go into the Capitol, hasn’t been indicted.

The latest poll found that 70% of Republicans and 57% of both Democrats and independent voters now believe it’s likely that feds helped provoke the riot. Around 80% of all voters agree that all video footage of the riot should be released to the public. Earlier this week, US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a California Republican, gave riot video footage that had been withheld by the congressional panel to Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

A separate Rasmussen poll this week showed that 34% of US voters believe Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene’s idea of a “national divorce” between Republican- and Democrat-controlled states. Only one in three believes Biden is keeping his campaign promise to unite the country.
