In June 2020, the Confederation of European Security Services (COESS) published a roadmap, “ The New Normal 2.0 – Private Security and Covid-19 in Europe “, on reading which one can only admire the real gifts of divination in agents who otherwise could have passed for simple healers of gorillas or even improved Benalla.

You should know that the Confederation of European Security Services is a federation of private companies, a detailed examination of whose executives might reveal, at any chance, acquaintances with the NATO staff, the European Commission and/or the arms industry. At a minimum, the excerpts below suggest that COESS and the current Government of France share common concerns – evidenced by the call for tenders for 10 million tear gas grenades dated December 2022, or the current order delivery of 90 tanks for use say, citizen.

As protests erupt across Europe recalling the fall of the Eastern Bloc in 1989, the COESS paper is proving timely enough to publish these excerpts.

Thus, and for our happiness, the COESS is watching and from June 2020, had everything planned. Monitor the overseer?

“Threats to Public Safety: The pandemic has exposed the vulnerability of our Critical Infrastructure. In the event that a major economic crisis occurs during the coming year, this could lead to an intensification of organized crime activities and also to social turbulence. Mass protests against measures to contain SARS-CoV-2, demonstrations that have already taken place in several European countries, are the first signal of the potential polarization and radicalization of segments of our societies and demonstrates how extremists so many left that right-wing, radical environmentalists and criminals could take advantage of the protests to loot and destroy. According to the Europol Terrorism Situation and Trend Report 2020 the protection of public space, mass gatherings and Critical Infrastructure should continue to be the priority. To respond appropriately to these challenges and guarantee public security, law enforcement will probably have to rely on well-trained private security agents in substantial numbers. The risk of a security crisis adding to the health crisis is very real, while the damage that this could cause to our democracies would be appalling”.

“(…) To truly implement the Security Continuum and enable private security companies and their workers to provide essential services, public authorities must: engage in dialogue with national Sectoral Social Partners within the industry private security so that [we can] together address the most pressing challenges affecting the safe and effective deployment of the two million private security personnel across Europe”.

“CoESS and its sectoral Social Partner UNI Europa have drawn up an initial list of recommendations in a Joint Statement. Guarantee the unhindered deployment of private security agents in the event of new confinements so that they can continue to carry out their mission – as proposed by the European Commission”.

The Wagner Group scares the US because it is willing to oppose American atrocities around the world, the private military company’s founder Yevgeny Prigozhin claimed on Monday, answering a question from RT.

Washington said last week that it would designate the Russian PMC as an international criminal organization, accusing it of “widespread atrocities and human rights abuses.”

“Unlike American paramilitary structures,” Prigozhin said in a written response to RT, “Wagner PMC only goes after the enemies of peace, and does not commit crimes. Of course, if you’re doing a reversal of concepts, you can make anyone look bad.”

The US is the only country to use nuclear weapons in history, and “organized wars and revolutions”in “Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Mozambique, Central Africa and so on,” Prigozhin noted, adding that in some of those countries Wagner came in and “stopped the wars with an iron fist.”

Calling the US “a powerful criminal syndicate subsisting on the money of the entire world,” Prigozhin said Wagner was “more like the vice police” in relation.

Washington “trained bandits and terrorists all over the world so that there would be unrest everywhere,” while the “fantasy island called the USA” lives in peace, he added. Used to people not fighting back or getting intimidated by name-calling, the Americans don’t know what to do with Wagner, who “looks into the eyes of the personification of world evil without fear.”

 

Prigozhin said the US objective is to break up Russia just as it did to the USSR, then take on China, in order to maintain its global hegemony. 

The Wagner Group was originally established in 2014. Over the past year, its fighters have taken part in battles against the Ukrainian military in the Donbass. Earlier this month, the Russian Defense Ministry acknowledged Wagner’s role in capturing the key town of Soledar.

US authorities have accused the PMC of unspecified “human rights violations” in Syria and the Central African Republic, where Wagner helped the government against jihadist insurgents. Last month, the State Department declared Wagner an “entity of particular concern” for religious freedom in Africa, in the same category as Al-Qaeda and Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS).

MEANWHILE — MOZART TRAINING NAZIS:

A military training group of former special forces soldiers is “adding serious value” to Ukraine’s ability to defeat Russia, a western security source has told The National.

But the Mozart Group's members and especially its American leader are understood to be on an assassination list drawn up by the notorious Wagner Group of Russian mercenaries.

It can also be disclosed that the former professional soldiers who form the “Ukraine Foreign Legion” are being used in key infantry engagements striking Russian frontline targets identified by drones.

While Ukraine’s own special forces have proven themselves to be highly effective, particularly on targets deep behind enemy lines, the country’s military has been significantly enhanced by western volunteers.

Since March an important unit in training soldiers in advanced fighting skills has been operating in Ukraine.
