As well, the BIDEN administration secret crackdown on FREE SPEECH has pushed some organisation like Consortium News to sue the ADMINISTRATION for using a web of “independent companies” to vilify and shut down FREE SPEECH. WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO Twitter before it became X, to Facebook/YouTube and to the WEB all exposed by US SENATE inquiries. 

We also know that the Mainstream Media is pushing hard to vilify DONALD TRUMP as if the dude was more fascist than Hitler himself. He’s not. Apples for oranges, Clowning Trump’s administration was far-far less FASCIST than SNEAKY “the Patriot Act” Biden-the-Crook’s.

These geopolitical engineers are the secret crême des riches, who appear to have some little disagreements from time to time, yet they ALL work together IN A CABAL to conquer the entire planet. This is not new. The Colorado Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that former US President Donald Trump can’t be on the primary ballot in that state. The Republican front-runner has vowed to appeal.

The case was brought by Democrat activists arguing that Trump was disqualified from running for the White House again because he had engaged in “insurrection” against the US government, citing a section of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution which was passed following the Civil War in 1865. Democrats have used the term “insurrection” to describe the January 6, 2021 riot at the US Capitol, although no one – including Trump – has been charged with that particular crime.

Four Colorado Supreme Court judges, all Democrats, agreed that Trump was not eligible to be on the primary ballots in the state, but stayed their ruling until January 4, 2024, pending appeals.

Reacting to the ruling, the Trump campaign called the decision “completely flawed” and a product of “a Soros-funded, left-wing group's scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden,” according to spokesman Steven Cheung.

“Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls,” said Cheung. “They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November.”

The Trump campaign will appeal to the US Supreme Court and has “full confidence” that it will “quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these un-American lawsuits,” Cheung added.

The January 6 protest followed Trump’s claims that the 2020 presidential election – which saw the widespread use of mail-in ballots and resulted in Democrat Joe Biden getting the most votes ever in US history – was “rigged” and marred by irregularities.

Ever since then, Democrats have sought to disqualify the 45th president from running for office again. To that effect, multiple activist groups have filed legal challenges in several US states citing the “insurrection” clause of the 14th Amendment. It says that a person cannot run for elected office if they have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the US Constitution after taking an oath to support it, and was specifically created to prevent the defeated Confederates from returning to elected office after the 1861-65 conflict over secession and slavery. 

Trump currently leads in the polls among Republicans vying for the party's nomination, with as much as a 50-point lead over all other contenders.

On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump would not appear on the state’s Republican presidential primary ballot. The court decided that Trump was ineligible under the US Constitution’s insurrection clause; Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. It is the first time such a ruling has been made.

The backlash from the decision will not affect Trump’s campaign, but it will greatly affect President Joe Biden and other Democrats, Daniel Lazare, an author and journalist told Sputnik. Republicans will view the decision as a partisan effort to remove Trump from the ballot, and will see such a ruling as an attempt to “steal” the presidential election in 2024. That same Republican viewpoint was also the catalyst for the January 6 US capitol attack which has landed Trump in this most recent legal dilemma.

Lazare joined Sputnik’s Political Misfits on Wednesday, and shared his thoughts on what the impact of such an unprecedented event could be.

 

“I expect damage to come to the Biden campaign,” said Lazare.

 

“I mean, I think the blowback from this will be tremendous,” he continued. “I think that for many voters and certainly for most Republican voters this to them is the final proof that the Democrats are weaponizing the judicial system in order to essentially deny and to knock Trump out before he even has a chance of, you know, appearing on the ballot.”

  

“To the Republicans, it seems that Democrats are trying to manipulate the system to steal the election, to deprive them of their democratic right to take part in an election. And they just see this as the final nail in the coffin. And in the course that this Supreme Court could undo the damage by overturning the Colorado decision. But still, I think that the Democrats will wind up severely hurt by this decision,” Lazare concluded.
