International Court of Justice To whom it may concern, On 26 January the ICJ identified in its interim response to South Africa’s submission, that genocide in Gaza is plausible. Despite public protests, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sissi is helping Israel move 1,4 million Palestinians from Rafah to tent cities in the Sinai desert.
On Saturday, Western news agencies reported that closed-door negotiations had taken place in Paris with the aim of reaching an agreement on a ceasefire in Gaza. According to Reuters, these negotiations represented “the most serious effort in weeks to stop fighting in the battered Palestinian enclave and to secure the release of Israeli and foreign hostages". Unfortunately, the information coming out of Paris was largely a hoax orchestrated by the media to distract from the true purpose of the conference. It should be remembered that the main participants in this meeting were not high-level diplomats or experienced negotiators, but the directors of intelligence services, including the head of the Israeli Mossad, David Barnea, the head of Egyptian spies, Abbas Kamel, and CIA Director William Burns. These are not men who would be chosen to negotiate a hostage exchange or a ceasefire agreement, but to implement electronic surveillance, espionage or covert operations. It is therefore extremely unlikely that they met in Paris to agree on a plan to cease hostilities. The most likely explanation is that the respective spy chiefs are finalizing a collaborative plan to breach Egypt's border wall so that one and a half million severely traumatized Palestinians can flee to Egypt unopposed. serious on the part of the Egyptian army.
Such an operation would require considerable coordination in order to minimize human casualties while achieving its overall objective. Naturally, any breach should be blamed on Hamas, which will no doubt be the ideal scapegoat for blowing up a section of the wall, creating an opening for thousands of fleeing Palestinians. In this way, Israel could characterize the mass expulsion as “voluntary migration,” which is the cheerful-sounding Zionist moniker for ethnic cleansing. Either way, most of Gaza's Muslim population will have been expelled from their historic homeland and forced to settle in refugee camps scattered across the Sinai desert. This is Netanyahu's goal, who can intervene at any time.
It is questionable whether Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sissi will cooperate with Israel and allow Palestinians to enter Egypt en masse, but these doubts are based on speculation, not fact. For those willing to dig a little deeper, there's a clear money trail that connects Egypt's questionable president to a policy shift that will more than accommodate Netanyahu's ambitious ethnic cleansing plan. In other words, the move has already been made. This is taken from Reuters :
«Talks with Egypt to strengthen its International Monetary Fund (IMF) lending program are progressing very well, the IMF said on Thursday, saying Egypt needs a "very comprehensive support package" to to face economic challenges, and in particular the pressures exerted by the war in the Gaza Strip. (…)
Asked about the impact on the negotiations of the challenges posed by the expected entry of Gaza refugees into Egypt, Kozack said: “We are working closely with the Egyptian authorities and their partners to ensure that Egypt does not has no residual financing needs and that the program is able to guarantee macroeconomic and financial stability in Egypt”».1
I repeat: “to ensure that Egypt has no residual financing needs”??
WTF? So the IMF now provides financial support for ethnic cleansing?
Or so it seems. The IMF wants to ensure that al-Sissi has enough money to cover the costs of feeding and housing 1.5 million refugees. But will these billions of dollars really go to starving Palestinians who have lost their homes and all their material possessions, or will they disappear into the offshore accounts of corrupt Egyptian politicians, as happened in Ukraine? We've all seen this movie over and over again and it doesn't end well. Here is additional information from Financial Times :
«Georgieva made it clear that the war in Gaza was the main reason why the IMF was moving forward with an expanded loan deal, despite stopping disbursements on an earlier $3 billion loan. (…).
Analysts say talks between Egypt and the IMF focused on a package of at least $10 billion, part of which would come from the lender and the rest from other donors, including the World Bank».2
Let's be clear: The IMF stopped disbursing a $3 billion loan to Egypt, but is now ready to hand over $10 billion to a debt-ridden, credit-risky country whose currency suffered a 40% devaluation last year and whose economy is currently at rock bottom? Does that make any sense ? Of course not. Here's what it says The Cradle :
«The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says talks with Egypt on a loan program aimed at "helping" the country overcome its financial difficulties and deal with the potential deluge of Palestinian refugees that Israel seeks to expel from Gaza for ethnic reasons, have progressed remarkably».
Someone finally has the courage to say what everyone already knows to be true, that the IMF is funding the ethnic cleansing of Gaza. Here is another excerpt from the same article:
«IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said in November that the agency was “seriously considering” a possible increase in Egypt’s lending program due to “economic difficulties posed by the Israel-Gaza war.”
“The loan could reach $10 billion to help the Egyptian economy survive in the face of local and external factors, including the Israeli attack on the neighboring Gaza Strip and tensions in the Red Sea. (…)
This coincided with the start of work to build an "isolated security zone" in the eastern Sinai desert on the border with the Gaza Strip, which many believe will serve as a buffer zone for Palestinians displaced.
“The construction work seen in Sinai along the border with Gaza – the establishment of a reinforced security perimeter around a specific, open area of land – are serious signs that Egypt may be preparing to accept and allow the movement of Gaza residents to Sinai, in coordination with Israel and the United States».3
It is worth noting that by accepting the $10 billion IMF loan, al-Sissi agreed to peg the Egyptian currency to black market rates, meaning its value will be halved on the day the deal will be concluded. Egyptian workers – half of whom already live below the poverty line – will be badly affected by the bailout, but not as much as the Palestinians who will be left abandoned in tent cities in the desert.
It also appears that the IMF will continue to dangle the $10 billion loan (bribe?) under al-Sissi's nose until the Palestinians finally cross over to Egypt and the operation is closed. finished. This is how Western oligarchs use international institutions like the IMF to force their puppets to do what they want. In this case, they needed a malleable Judas who would be willing to betray his fellow Muslims in order to line his pockets and those of his closest allies. They apparently found their man in al-Sisi.
This perhaps also explains why Egypt is clearing a vast strip of land just a stone's throw from the Gaza border. Cairo is preparing the ground to accommodate the growing flow of refugees who will soon flood into the country. This is taken from Forbes :
«Egypt is setting up a camp near its border with Gaza to face a possible exodus of Palestinians from the enclave if Israel launches a ground offensive on Rafah, the border region where more than half of Egypt's population is sheltering. Gaza, Reuters reported. (…)
Citing four unnamed sources, Reuters reports that Egypt is preparing a "desert area with some basic facilities" to house potential refugees as a "temporary and precautionary measure."
Human rights group the Sinai Foundation shared images of the so-called camps, showing trucks and cranes setting up a “high security zone” surrounded by concrete fencing.
The New York Times corroborated the footage and spoke with contractors at the site, who said they were hired to build a 5-foot-high concrete wall around a 5-square-mile plot of land located near the border».4
Let's summarize:
1. Israeli, American and Egyptian intelligence chiefs met in Paris (IMO) to finalize a plan to expel Palestinians from Gaza.
2. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is set to grant Egypt a $10 billion loan to “manage a potential deluge of Palestinian refugees that Israel seeks to ethnically cleanse from Gaza'. (The Cradle)
3. Egypt is preparing a “desert area with some basic facilities» to shelter potential refugees in the near future.
4. The Israeli Defense Forces continued daily airstrikes on civilian sites in Rafah to intensify feelings of anxiety and panic that will help trigger a stampede on Egypt.
5. Food trucks are prevented from entering the Gaza Strip. Israel is deliberately starving Palestinians so that they will flee their homeland as soon as the border is opened.
All these measures aim at only one goal: the complete eradication of the Palestinian population. Today, after a bloody four-month military campaign, Israel's goal is clearly in sight.
It will take a monumental effort to stop this evil plan from moving forward.
