a sarcastic reenactment of the conversation.....
The Russian Foreign Ministry has ridiculed the German government’s pleas to Kiev to keep fighting-age Ukrainian men at home. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said on Thursday he discussed Ukraine’s manpower problems with Vladimir Zelensky, asking him to “ensure that young men in particular from Ukraine do not come to Germany in large numbers.” Berlin also intends to downgrade the support for Ukrainian nationals granted protection in the country to that of regular asylum-seekers. Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova posted on Friday a sarcastic reenactment of the conversation: “Merz: Herr Zelensky, take Ukrainians back from Germany. Zelensky: Herr Merz, I lack the tools to get them killed in large quantities. If you send more weapons and money, we will close borders and further lower the conscription age. Otherwise, expect a greater influx.” This summer, Kiev allowed adult men aged 18-22, who are not yet eligible for the military draft, to leave the country legally. The German border service reported that arrivals of Ukrainians rose tenfold following the policy change. Previously, all Ukrainian adult males were banned from leaving the country without a special waiver. Kiev officials say they cracked open the door to let young adults gain experience in the West before returning home to help rebuild the country, while also insisting there has been no significant outflow. Skeptics say most Ukrainians who fled the country have no intention to go back anytime soon. Ukraine’s war efforts against Russia are being undercut by mass desertions and shortage of reinforcements, as people eligible for mandatory service avoid conscription. Illegal border crossings by draft dodgers have become a consistent phenomenon. Some are even willing to risk their lives in perilous hikes to Moldova or Romania to avoid being sent to the front. https://www.rt.com/russia/627786-zelensky-exodus-males-germany/

the four nags of the apocalypse....
by Jacques Guillemain
These four leaders are exploiting their people's fears by conjuring up an imaginary Russian threat. But their warmongering could end badly.
The power of an enemy country is not measured by its GDP but by its military. This basic criterion was sorely lacking in our Western elites before they embarked on a proxy war against Russia. On the 1350th day of the war, we are witnessing the consequences of this astounding amateurism.
Not only did the West naively believe it could bring the Russian economy to its knees in three months, failing to take into account Russia's inexhaustible geological resources, but it also grossly underestimated the power of its army, which Putin had completely modernized over twenty years. This is all the more appalling after half a century of Cold War.
For decades, Western powers paid little attention to the USSR's GDP, remaining more obsessed with the number of Warsaw Pact divisions or its nuclear warheads. It was a long arms race in which Moscow ultimately exhausted itself. Gorbachev finally chose peace.
In 2022, the same Westerners, still as Russophobic as ever, thought the exact opposite, convinced that the Russian army was a completely outdated relic of the Soviet army, mired in its antiquated doctrine, and therefore incapable of competing with NATO doctrine, the holy of holies of military thought.
As a result, the West lost a war it thought it could win. This is the price to pay for arrogance and contempt for the Russian army, mocked by third-rate generals, as ignorant as they are incompetent.
The Russian army is currently the most powerful in the world, thanks to its future-proof conventional weaponry, its unparalleled nuclear arsenal, its constantly evolving arms industry, and its experience in high-intensity warfare, which no Western army possesses. We are far from the Russian rout predicted by our TV pundits in 2022, even though most of these so-called experts have never actually risked their lives in a major theater of operations. They should be keeping a low profile for having displayed their mediocrity for years.
But quite the contrary, mounting their warhorse behind our four horsemen of the Apocalypse, Macron, Starmer, Merz and TuskThese figures, who are anything but biblical, all sow fear among their people, brandishing the specter of an imminent Russian threat, ready to sweep across Europe. From a loser with his army of incompetents, Putin suddenly becomes the ogre who will devour everything. Among our European Rambos, a little contradiction never hurt anyone.
All of this would be laughable if our four most Russophobic leaders weren't so dangerous. They are all overwhelmingly rejected by their people, yet they cling desperately to power. And what could be more opportune than a war to maintain their positions, which they wield by ruling with absolute power, by imposing a war their people don't want?
This is where we are. Four fanatics want to set Europe ablaze to retain power like Zelensky and make people forget the rejection they face because of their dismal incompetence.
With his 11% approval rating and 18 months until his removal from office, Macron is the most agitated, and therefore the most dangerous, of the bunch. Lacking the means to wage war, he nevertheless wants it for multiple reasons:
To keep power, to impose his dictatorship on a people who reject it, to make people forget his devastating record, to cover the debt by massively drawing on citizens' savings, to accelerate European federalism, dreaming of one day being president of a federal Europe. Because war allows all forms of violence against the people, in the name of national interest.
«War is always the worst solution», Chirac wisely said. But how could a madman like Macron, who has no sense of state and only looks after his own interests, possibly show a shred of wisdom? He is capable of the worst if it serves his own purposes.
I encourage you to read the link below, published by Polémia. It's a text written by Michel Geoffroy, which highlights the dangerous warmongering of the main European leaders.

Ukraine has already lost the war, bled dry by the West. But with fanatics like Macron, whose unpredictable behavior and rash decisions are playing with fire, a misstep could ignite the continent, or even lead to the conflict spreading.
Far more than the Russian Bear, these four hotheads are a permanent threat to peace in Europe and the world. What are the opposition parties waiting for to say no to escalation, as Giorgia Meloni is doing with prudence and wisdom, refusing to send ground troops to Ukraine?
