ENTRY POINT ONE, DELAWARE: Burisma was founded in 2002.[11][12] Consolidation of the Burisma Group took place mainly in 2006 and 2007.[13] 

 

It became a major shareholder of Sunrise Energy Resources, a Delaware Corporation, which in 2004 acquired Ukrainian companies Esko-Pivnich (Ukrainian: Еско-Північ) and Pari (Ukrainian: Парі), which owned natural gas exploration licences.[14] 

In 2009, shares in these companies were transferred to Millington Solutions Limited.[14] However, shortly thereafter Millington ceased to exist, at which point Burisma claimed ownership of those two companies. In 2012, Persha Ukrainska Naftogazova Kompaniya (First Ukrainian Oil and Gas Company, Ukrainian: Перша Українська нафтогазова компанія), Naftogaz Garant (Oil and Gas Guarantee, Ukrainian: Нафтогаз гарант), and KrymTopEnergoServis (CrimeaTopEnergoService, Ukrainian: Кримтопенергосервіс) became a part of the Burisma Group.[15][16][17]

ENTRY POINT TWO: Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. (/ˈbaɪdən/ ⓘ, BY-dən; born November 20, 1942) is an American politician who is the 46th and current president of the United States since 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as the 47th vice president from 2009 to 2017 under President Barack Obama and represented Delaware in the United States Senate from 1973 to 2009.

Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Biden moved with his family to Delaware in 1953. He graduated from the University of Delaware before earning his law degree from Syracuse University.

With these words Joseph Cofer Black, former director of counter-terrorism in the Central Intelligence Agency, the American counter-intelligence of Langley (Virginia), responded to the Kyiev Post in February 2017 in an article curiously signed by Burisma itself, the company of which Hunter Biden belonged, son of then Vice President Joseph and now POTUS in the White House.

Burisma is the Ukrainian company accused in recent days by the Russian National Investigative Committee of having financed terrorists in various attacks in their country (and outside) such as in the Crocus City Hall massacre.

«International Energy Group Burisma has expanded its Board of Directors to include an expert in the field of security and strategic development. Joseph Cofer Black, a former Director of the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center and Ambassador at Large for counter-terrorism recently joined the Board as an independent director at Burisma Group. Ambassador Black resigned from public service in 2005 after a 30 year career  and is considered a  leading expert and significant figure on  U.S. and international security issues.  He served in the administration of President George W. Bush and also served as a senior advisor on international affairs for U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romney. According to public media reporting, Ambassador Black was a top contender for the position of Director of the Central Intelligence Agency in the administration of current U.S. President Donald J. However, it should be remembered that the reference to Trump could be misleading as it comes from a newspaper now very close to the regime of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, supported primarily by the American Democrats, and Black worked for Bush who endorsed Biden in the 2020 presidential campaign.

Russian military officer Svetlana Petrenko, spokesperson for the National Investigative Committee in Moscow, made fiery statements regarding the Ukrainian energy company that held oil and gas extraction licenses in Donbass but after the 2014 coup financed by NATO countries with George Soros and prepared by the British intelligence MI6 together with the CIA (active in Ukraine since the end of the Second World War thanks to fringes of pro-Nazi right-wing extremists, as per our investigation on Gospa News Internartional) has not managed to exploit them to cause of the rebellion of the pro-Russian populations of the separatist republics of Dontetzk and Lugansk which resulted first in the civil war and then in the current conflict.

So far, investigators have “established that the funds, flowing through commercial organizations, including the oil and gas conglomerate Burisma Holdings, operating in Ukraine, have been used in recent years to carry out terrorist attacks in Russia,”committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said.

Burisma’s role in the alleged scheme put the spotlight on US President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, who served on the company’s board of directors between 2014 and 2019. These conflicts of interest also ended in dossier which led the House of Representatives of the US Congress, led by the Republicans, to request and obtain the start of impeachment proceedings against the US president, a member of the Democrats.

Black became a new council member at Baltic International Bank (BIB) in November 2016, while on December 6, 2019, Latvia’s financial regulator, the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FKTK), slapped a €1.5 million fine on the bank having conducted an onsite inspection.

According to the regulator, the bank’s control system did “not fully comply with the regulatory requirements governing the prevention of money laundering and terrorism and proliferation financing.” In 2019 the bank received a $2 million fine. It was eventually closed in 2022 over the failure to prevent chronic money laundering.

The deal is much bigger than it might seem from these inductive analyses, which absolutely do not prove the former CIA official’s direct involvement in terrorist financing operations in the attacks in Russia and in the Crocus City Hall massacre in Moscow.

To fully understand the strategic importance of Burisma, we need to remember its connections with the son of the current President Biden, which we reconstructed in a long investigation during the Ukraine Gate period against Trump, from which a clearly admitted involvement of the “Deep State” emerged by former CIA director John Brennan.

We must start from Devon Archer’s professional history. He is a wealthy investor and Democratic campaign fundraiser with long ties to Secretary of State John Kerry’s family.

Through his friendship with the Heinz family, Arper became a co-founder and CEO of Rosemont Capital, LLC (a Heinz family company in New York), a member of the investment committee of Rosemont Solebury Capital Management, executive director of Rosemont Reality, and general Partner at Rosemont Seneca Partners in Washington DC, where he worked with his partner Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz.

On April 18, 2014, Biden’s son was appointed to the board of directors of Burisma, which Archer had joined several months earlier (it seems still in 2013). Then Rosemont Seneca Partners, received regular payments “usually more than $166,000 per month” from Burisma. The payments ran from the spring of 2014 through the fall of 2015 and reportedly totaled over $3 million.

Part of this money went to Hunter (around 50 thousand dollars a month) but the other was used to provide funding to the American virological research company Metabiota, one of the Pentagon contractors who in 2012, when he was Secretary of the Department of Defense, Former CIA director Leon Panetta opened 12 bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine to experiment on coronaviruses in the PREDICT 2 project of the Obama-Biden administration.

«Now emails appear from his laptop documenting his work to secure millions of dollars in funding for Metabiota, a California-based Pentagon contractor specialized in research into pandemic-causing diseases to be used as weapons. From the emails it appears that Hunter presented Metabiota to a Ukrainian gas company, Burisma, for a “scientific project” related to biosafety laboratories in Ukraine» a mainstream media outlet like the Italian AGI agency also wrote in March 2022.

But this is only the tip of the iceberg, as revealed to us in the WuhanGates 62 investigation. Metabiota was also a partner of the Wuhan Institute of Virology which, together with the Chapel Hill laboratories of the University of North Carolina, developed the suspected research on viruses SARS from which the artificial SARS-COV-2 then emerged through dangerous experiments with Gain of Function coordinated by Anthony Fauci, former director of NIAID (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases), accused of entering the CIA secretly, and developed by Moderna who patented an anti-SARS vaccine 9 months before the first outbreaks of Covid-19, which one of the Ukrainian laboratories had investigated 3 months before its appearance.

Added to these details is the fact that in the period in which Cofer Black sat on the Board of Directors of Burisma and Fauci was playing with lethal viruses, at the top of the CIA there was the lawyer Avril Haines, former Biden bagman in Congress and an expert in bio -weapons, who has now become Director of US National Intelligence who continues to deny – albeit with serious rifts – the artificial origin of the pandemic pathogen.

But that’s not all… Unfortunately!

The career of the former official who landed on the Board of Directors of Burisma is burdened with enormous guilt which brings with it terrible suspicions about collusion between the CIA and the attackers of September 11, 2001, a massacre attributed to Al Qaeda – despite many traces of MOSSAD complicity Israeli – who justified the bloody war in Afghanistan which was useful only to the Weapons Lobby largely controlled by Zionist financiers such as Larry Fink, owner of BlackRock who speculates in at least 24 of the largest missile and tank industries.

We draw from Wikipedia precisely because it is considered a mainstream platform.

«In June 1999 Director of Central Intelligence George Tenet named Black director of the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center (CTC). In this capacity, Black served as the CIA Director’s Special Assistant for Counterterrorism as well as the National Intelligence Officer for Counterterrorism. Black’s promotion was a part of Tenet’s “grand plan” for dealing with Al Qaeda. Reference is being made to the famous “Alec Station” previously led by Michael Scheuer and then by Richard Blee who was so concerned with hunting down the terrorist founder of Al Qaeda thanks to his friendship with the Saudi royals (who still use the al-Qaeda members imprisoned for terrorism and sentenced to death for the war in Yemen) that he was unable to stop the attacks on the Twin Towers.

«According to an internal CIA report on the performance of the agency prior to the 9/11 attacks, Black was criticized for not informing the FBI that al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar had subsequently entered the United States» these are two of the 9/11 plane hijackers accused of being collaborators of the Central Intelligence Agency by documents recently emerged during a terrorism trial before the Guantamano Court.

These cover-ups also cost the life of the heroic FBI director of New York counterterrorism, John O’Neill, who was not only hindered by the CIA in his investigations into the movements of jihadist terrorists but was marginalized within the Bureau, falling victim of a theft of documents for which he was fired and was hired as director of security at the World Trade Center where he died in the attack, taking to his grave these secrets that did not emerge in his story celebrated in our investigation.

The CIA’s black man, Black in name and in fact, ended up in Ukraine on September 11th, in the very company that indirectly financed Metabiota (through Biden Jr.’s Rosemont) in the dangerous experiments on coronaviruses from which the pandemic exploded of SARS-COV-2 created in the laboratory and, according to the Russian Investigative Committee, also the terrorists of the Moscow massacre at the Crocus City Hall.
