Who Am I?

Stephen Higgins is a graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey in the year 2004 and has then defending individuals who are charged of criminal offenses. He was recognized by AVVO, which is known as a lawyer rating service, rated “Superb – 10.0” by his clients and peers in work.

His criminal defense skills bloomed during his judicial internship with Honorable Freda Wolfson for the United States District Court Judge in Camden, New Jersey. During several trials, he appreciated the value of being a knowledgeable, aggressive and passionate criminal defense lawyer. The experience he had helped him into a Clearwater DUI attorney he is of today and embodies the lawyer he is striving to be.

Stephen focuses his practice defending those who are charged of criminal offenses of various types such as DUI, drug possession, fleeing to elude, leaving the scene of accident, theft, assault and battery, traffic tickets and probation violations.
